Q: What types of emails are summarised? A: Our service can read all types of email. We have optimised the service for school, club, and activity emails, highlighting the essentials.

Q: How do I set it up? A: you have several options here: one is to give this email to your school or club as an additional email. When they send the mail to your mail-summary.com address, it will be processed and sent to your inbox in seconds. Alternatively, you can set up mail forwarding rules from your inbox to your mail-summary.com address. Finally, you can simply forward one off emails to the address to get it summarised. We recommend you set this up as a secondary email address so that you still receive the original email.

Q: Are there any limits to the service? A: We allow up to 250 mails per month, & total attachments up to 10MB in size. We can process PDF and Word documents at the moment.

Q: How do I cancel? A: You can cancel easily from the customer service page anytime.
